TV5 teams up with Cosplay.ph for Cosplay Mania ‘12. The most anticipated cosplay event in the country, this year’s Cosplay Mania ‘12 promises to be bigger and more spectacular. This two-day event will happen on September 29 and 30 at the SMX Convention Center. For sure, the venue will be packed with special guests led by renowned Japanese cosplayers Kaname and Reika in their Philippine debut. Cosplay and pop culture aficionados will also enjoy the slew of exciting contests and activities in store for them.
With the success of TV5’s fantasy and adventure programs, Enchanted Garden and Kapitan Awesome, the Kapatid Network brings its costumed dramas to the forefront of Cosplay Mania ’12. Stars of both shows will don their fantastic outfits and drop by to interact with fans and cosplay enthusiasts.
Find out how the art of translating fantasy stories to the small screen and how to begin creating mind-altering costumes during TV5’s exclusive panel discussion on September 29 at 2:30 p.m.. Leading the panel are TV5’s head of Creatives and Entertainment Production, Perci Intalan.
