Dolphy Dies of Pulmonary Disease at Age 83
Rodolfo Vera Quizon, Sr., popularly known in Philippine showbiz as Dolphy, has passed away around 8:34 p.m. today, July 10, Tuesday, at Makati Medical Center as confirmed by his long-time partner Zsa Zsa Padilla. He was 83.
The Comedy King has been in and out of the hospital for 5 years now due to Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD), but tonight, 15 days before his 84th birthday, He finally succumbed to death and faces his Creator.
