Cristine Reyes Reveals She Suffered Verbal Abuse from Biological Mother

In an interview with Liza Florida on the podcast Eight Billion Project, Cristine Reyes, who previously admitted that she’s an adopted child, revealed she experienced verbal abused from her own mother as a child.

After being taken from her adopted family at the age of six, Cristine said that she was taken to her biological mother's “big house” but was made to feel unwelcome, unwanted, and unloved.

Cristine said, “I remember whenever there's a problem, I would constantly hear words, 'You know, you should have died. You never should have been born, I tried so many times to abort you.'”

“It was so painful. I grew up hearing it all the time,” she added.
