"No Time to Die" Opens in PH Theaters on December 15 with Sneak Previews on December 13 - 14

In the latest installment of the world’s most beloved film franchise and agent James Bond, Daniel Craig suits up one last time as 007 in "No Time to Die"  that will open in Philippine cinemas on December 15.

In No Time To Die, Bond has left active service and is enjoying a tranquil life in Jamaica. His peace is short-lived when his old friend Felix Leiter from the CIA turns up asking for help. The mission to rescue a kidnapped scientist turns out to be far more treacherous than expected, leading Bond onto the trail of a mysterious villain known as Safin armed with dangerous new technology.

In this all-new mission, directed by Cary Fukunaga, the film brings together returning cast from previous Bond films - iconic, award-winning and compleat actors with Daniel Craig, poised to bring the audience to an unforgettable ride going back to the cinemas.

Returning cast includes Léa Seydoux, Naomie Harris, Ben Whishaw, Ralph Fiennes, Rory Kinnear, Christoph Waltz and Jeffrey Wright.

Léa Seydoux as Madeleine Swann, is an intelligent and highly-capable psychologist who stands as the most significant other in Bond’s life. “Madeleine is happy she’s with Bond, and we think that they are united for the best,” she says. “But we’ll find out that they have problems to solve, and I think that in No Time To Die we learn more about their intimacy, in a way.”

Another significant woman in Bond’s life is Naomie Harris’s Moneypenny. She is now settled in her position as M’s right-hand woman, though her loyalty to Bond remains untarnished. “I think it’s absolutely brilliant that the women in this movie play such a central role,” Harris affirms. “They are so important to driving the story forward. They are bad-ass. They are formidable, strong and confident women. Throughout this film you know Bond would not have survived without the help of the various women that helped him along the way.”

One of Bond’s longtime allies and another key M16 member is Q played by Ben Whishaw. With Q torn between his loyalty to MI6 and his friendship with, and admiration for Bond. “Q’s always caught between Bond, and what he’s told to do by M,” says Whishaw. “Always his loyalty is with Bond; there’s a real affection there, which I think comes out in this film quite a lot.”

Along with Harris and Whishaw, Ralph Fiennes also returns, reprising the role of M. Fiennes says that he was more than impressed with the story ideas on which Fukunaga wanted to concentrate. “When Cary got on the phone with me and told me the story, I must say I thought it was very strong,” says Fiennes, who stars in his third consecutive Bond film.

Another long-serving MI6 employee who reappears in No Time To Die is Tanner, played by Rory Kinnear. “There is that sense of tying up loose ends and there is a sense of family in many ways - that family of MI6, for one. The story looks at what loyalty requires of you, what it can take from you, and what it can do to your own personal life as well as your working life.”

Also returning is the hero’s most famous nemesis Blofeld, who debuted on screen in 1963’s From Russia With Love, and whose first overt connection to the Daniel Craig’s films began in Spectre, where he provided important insights into Bond’s upbringing and the pain he has suffered from Casino Royale onwards. Christoph Waltz comes back for a second outing after the character’s incarceration at the end of the last movie.

Actor Jeffrey Wright returns as Leiter once again in No Time To Die. “With Felix and James there is a sense of fraternal kinship,” says Wright. “They are almost like brothers in a very select circle. The story looks at this love for one another and respect for one another. Also, I think, there’s a love for the game.”

Belle Mariano Releases "Daylight" Album, To Stage First Major Concert "DAYLIGHT: The Concert"

Teen sensation Belle Mariano introduces her glowing sound and bright artistry in “daylight,” her debut album released under ABS-CBN’s Star Pop label that is out now on various digital music platforms.

Picking up from the success of her well-received debut single “Sigurado” which now has almost 12 million Spotify streams and over 5.8 million music video views - “daylight” further establishes Belle as a pop-alternative sweetheart whose enchanting and silky voice shines with every song she sings.

Aside from “Sigurado,” the album consists of six other original songs radiating lustrous colors and offer an easy listening experience for music lovers. (Sneak Peek) The 2-Part Breathtaking Finale of iQiyi's Hit Series 'Jirisan' Airs on December 11 and 12

As Jirisan nears its peak from last weekend’s previous episodes (13th and 14th), Gianna Jun is seen miraculously reunited and have spoken with Ju Ji-hoon in his spirit form, but both were unable to prevent more murders. Concerned that Gianna Jun would be the serial killer’s next target, Ju’s spirit form exerted all his strength to speak into the walkie-talkie to warn Jun, leaving his body in the hospital in critical condition. A long beep that seemed to signal Ju’s heart stopped left viewers concerned for his safety.

Revealed in the latest gripping episodes released that Ju Min-gyung may have run into serious trouble, while the Haedong branch park rangers have hurriedly embarked on search and rescue in the hope of preventing a tragedy.

Jirisan’s flood of summer 2019 had claimed many lives. Ju Min-gyung who plays park ranger team’s admin executive Lee Yang-sun was helping with search and rescue when she accidentally fell and went missing ever since. Kim Young-ok who is in the role of Seo Yi-gang’s grandmother boarded a bus that fell off a bridge and died as a result. Ju Ji-hoon discovered that was not an accident as the murderer had deliberately led the driver to the doomed route. Ju blamed himself for being unable to stop the perpetrator, and realised that victims were all residents of a particular village - linking the murderer to that location.

With his special ability to foretell events, Ju saw clues in the village and caught up with the suspicious ecological conservation staff Kim Sol, played by Lee Ga-sub. “Have you been committing the murders?” Ju confronted Lee who denied and explained he was there because police officer Kim Eung Soon (Jun Suk-ho) asked to meet, but had failed to show up. Ju then found that officer Kim is a suspect, but was assaulted in the snow before he could uncover the truth, and has since been in coma while Jun was left wheelchair-bound.

Back in the 2020 timeline, Gianna Jun finally meets Ju Ji-hoon in spirit form. He firmly believes “Officer Kim is the murderer” and tells Jun he can see the murderer will strike again. It turned out that the perpetrator overheard their conversation and changed the location and time of the murder. Rounding up the clues, the prime suspects seem to be Kim Sol and officer Kim Eung Soon as both were from the village in question. However, what about the previous suspect, park ranger branch lead Jo Dae-jin, or anyone else for that matter? The truth will finally unravel in the conclusion of Jirisan this weekend.

The breathtaking conclusion to Jirisan is set to simulcast exclusively with Korea at 8pm on December 11 (Saturday) and 12 (Sunday) on iQiyi and iQ.com.

Big Brother just dropped another huge surprise as he announced that two housemates will be leaving his house again with another double eviction happening this Saturday (December 11) in “PBB Kumunity Season 10” Celebrity Edition.

Six nominated housemates, including Anji Salvacion, Daisy “Madam Inutz” Lopez, KD Estrada, Samantha Bernardo, and Shanaia Gomez, are currently in danger of getting evicted after they failed to win Big Brother’s tower-building task. On the other hand, their teammate Brenda Mage, chose to use her power to save herself from the nomination this week.

To vote via Kumu, go to Kumu Campaigns and choose between “vote to save” ((https://app.kumu.ph/VotetoSave) or “vote to evict” ( https://app.kumu.ph/VotetoEvict). To vote via SMS, text BBS or BBE and send it to 2366.

Who will leave for this week’s second double eviction? Find out in “PBB Kumunity Season 10” Celebrity Edition on Kapamilya Channel, Kapamilya Online Live, Jeepney TV, A2Z, iWantTFC, and TFC every 5:45 pm on weekdays with replays at 11:10 pm. Meanwhile, it will air every 7 pm on weekends.

Big Brother is still looking for teens aged 15 to 19 years old to audition for “PBB Kumunity Teen Edition.” Aspiring housemates just need to download Kumu and post or record their audition video via Kumu klips, post the video on their Kumu timeline with #PBBKUMUTEENS, share it on social media with #PBBKUMUTEENS, and fill out the parental consent form (forms.abs-cbn.com/PBBKumuTeens). The deadline is on December 31.

Look: Marian Rivera Arrives in Eilat, Israel to Fulfill Her Miss Universe 2021 Duties

Marian Rivera with her husband Dingdong Dantes and her glam team safely arrived in Israel on Tuesday (MNL Time).

"I will be there to appreciate the beauty of women from all over the world and witness their bravery as they try to bring back some normalcy in the world, despite the radical changes that the pandemic caused in the world," she said in an interview a day before leaving Manila.

“I’m looking forward to meeting all the girls and seeing how they inspire other people,” she added.

The Kapuso primetime queen was handpicked to be one of the selection committee for the 70th Miss Universe coronation night on December 12, 2021. (December 13 in the Philippines) at the Universe Arena in the city of Eilat.
