Dingdong Dantes and Marian Rivera Stun in their First-Ever METRO Cover

Marian Rivera and Dingdong Dantes open up about how their Metro Manila Film Festival 2023 entry “Rewind” resonated with their personal lives as they grace the digital cover of Metro.Style for the first time.

The power couple revealed why the film served as their perfect comeback project after 13 years, emphasizing how it gave them goosebumps upon reading its synopsis.

So, nai-kuwento siya tapos nabasa namin ’yung briefer. ’Yung may goosebumps level,’” Dingdong said in an interview with Metro.

“Rewind” tells the story of married couple John (Dingdong), Mary (Marian), and their son Austin (Jordan Lim). As John struggles to handle his personal and professional life, Mary encounters a tragic accident. Descending to a downward spiral, John meets Lods (Pepe Herrera) who gives him a second chance to rewind his past and do things differently but with a costly consequence.

Through the movie, Marian realized how precious life is and how every moment can be fleeting and life changing at the same time.

Aside from their cover story, Marian and Dingdong also sat down for a two-part interview on Metro Talks, shared their takes on different trends and experiences in their career on Metro Takes 5, and played a fun game of Jenga.
