First Filipino Olympic gold medalist Hidilyn Diaz captured another gold, this time in the form of an engagement ring after her boyfriend and strength and conditioning coach Julius Naranjo proposes to her over dinner on Friday night, October 15, at Sheraton Manila Hotel in Pasay City.

The dinner was disguised as a triple date with Iza Calzado-Wintle and Ben Wintle, and Precious Lara Quigaman-Alcaraz and Marco Alcaraz. Little did she knew that all of those were just part of the planned proposal.
