Since the highly-anticipated release of the teen romance series “He’s Into Her,” fans have been treated to an overload of ‘kilig’ scenes displaying the overflowing chemistry of Deib and Maxpein, played by today’s hottest love team of Donny Pangilinan and Belle Mariano or DonBelle.
The series has become a massive hit, consistently topping the list of most watched shows on iWantTFC, where viewers get to watch the advanced episodes every Friday at 8:45 PM.
Although only five episodes in, the top-trending series has viewers hooked on the hate-love relationship of schoolmates Deib and Max, whose timely punch lines, dramatic confrontations, and intense yet cute staredowns have us wishing they were happening to us too!

Deib and Max’s accidental first encounter
Right from the get-go, the clashing personalities of Deib and Max were on full display in their very first scene together as the tough and daring Max demanded that Deib be held accountable for their road accident.
As they laid eyes on each other, however, it’s as if the stars aligned for a picture perfect “love at first sight” setting until Max caught herself and realized that Deib was being too arrogant.

Unfortunately, the blissful moment was cut short as Deib woke up from his dream, leaving all our fragile hearts hanging and hungry for more ‘kilig’ moments between the two.

Although Deib comes off as an arrogant rich kid with a strong personality, deep down he actually has a soft spot and cares for others. This was most evident when they got to bond for the first time, as Deib promised Max that he would beat her ex-boyfriend in a game of basketball so that he could get back at him for ghosting Max.
Our hearts melted when Deib charmingly said “I’ll win it for you, Max,” and made us stan the varsity basketball captain even more.

Who would’ve thought that a friendly game of billiards can make our hearts explode because of the cute banter between Deib and Max? Their playful remarks definitely gave us extreme ‘kilig’ vibes especially when Deib leaned in closer to Max in an attempt to distract her with his charm.
Deib finally swallowing his pride for Max and putting an end to bullying
Deib reaching out to hold Max’s hand right after their successful school presentation had everyone saying “sana all!”. The ‘kilig’ feels did not stop there, however, as Deib apologized to Max and called for the end of his barkada’s bullying antics - a true “glow up” on Deib’s part after being known as the number one school bully.

Deib and Max as textmates had us smiling the whole time as they were both absent-mindedly grinning from ear to ear while exchanging cute and thoughtful messages before going to bed.
But the true highlight of the entire scene was Deib realizing that Max makes him happy and that he might really be into her as he wrote down notes about what Max likes and the little things that he’s noticed about her personality.

Sparks flew during Deib and Max’s impromptu yet flawless duet as they both couldn’t keep their eyes off each other while singing. They were looking like the perfect pair of love birds until Max was caught off guard when Deib felt the sudden urge to tell her that he likes her.
