The Idea First Company's BL Series "Gameboys" Nominated at International EMMY Award 2021

Philippines' most successful BL (Boys Love) series "Gameboys" starring award-winning young actors Elijah Canlas and Kokoy De Santos is nominated in the Kids: Live Action category of International Emmy Awards 2021.

Produced by The Idea First Company of highly-acclaimed filmmakers Perci Intalan and Jun Lana, "Gameboys" is the only nominee from the Philippines.

Shot and released during the time of pandemic lockdowns in 2020, the series tells the story of Cairo (Elijah) and Gavreel (Kokoy), two teenage boys who meet through an online game. Their love story develops via video calls and social media exchanges at the height of the pandemic.
