John Lloyd Cruz Returns to Showbiz as Kapuso, GMA-7 Projects Revealed

Aside from his well-publicized guesting on GMA-7's daily pre-primetime game show 'Wowowin' for 6.6 Shopee Super Mega Fiesta which will be held at the Big Dome and will be aired on GMA on June 6, rumors have it that John Lloyd Cruz will soon be seen in newest Kapuso sitcom opposite Andrea Torres. The said big TV comeback of John Lloyd, happening on Kapuso network, will be produced by Willie Revillame and under the direction of former Kapamilya TV director Bobot Mortiz.

Last Saturday, May 29, John Lloyd was pictured signing a contract with Willie at the Will Tower Mall in Quezon City. It was also reported that the former Kapamilya actor also had a meeting with GMA Pictures president Annete Gozon-Valdes to seal his transfer to Kapuso network.

John Lloyd was last seen in ABS-CBN weekly sitcom "Home Sweetie Home" in 2017 before he  decided to quit showbiz and live an ordinary yet life in Cebu with ex-Ellen Adarna.

Just recently, the actor signed a management contract in Maja Salvador's talent agency Crown Artist Management.
