Jennylyn Mercado and Dennis Trillo Civil Wedding, Baby Gender Reveal Updates

Now that they are expecting their first child together, Jennylyn Mercado and Dennis Trillo are moving quickly to make things official.

In an exclusive feature by Preview magazine on Saturday, October 30, the Kapuso couple revealed that their wedding will happen soon after Dennis asked Jennylyn's hand in marriage last October 8.

According to them, they "will be tying the knot through a civil wedding held at an events place close to home, to make things easier for Jen."

Jennylyn and Dennis shared that it will be a simple and intimate affair without a theme and grand outfits.

“Syempre, sa panahon ngayon, ang hirap magka-regular wedding na malaki, na maraming tao. Unang-una, hindi safe and hindi na rin practical sa panahon ngayon,” Jen said.

On the same day of the celebration of their union, the celebrity couple told Preview, they will reveal the gender of their baby by way of slicing a cake.

Meanwhile, Jennylyn and Dennis shared their plans of building a new home away from the city for their growing family.

In fact, the two had already begun the construction of this home as early as last year and it's targeted to finish before the year ends.
