OPM Legend Basil Valdez and the Inspirational Diva Jamie Rivera team up for a night of uplifting music to the country’s pioneer lifestyle and entertainment destination, Resorts World Manila (RWM).
The one-night only affair, aptly dubbed 'Love and Light’, will delight the live audience of the ultra-modern Newport Performing Arts Theater on April 30, 2022, at 8pm.
Basil and Jamie are set to serenade the crowd with their timeless hits and inspirational anthems, As what Basil shared during the media conference, "Love because I would like to speak of the repertoire. I'm doing most of the love songs. And I am praying tributes to four great Filipino composers George Canseco, Gerry Paraiso, Ryan Cayabyab, and Willy Cruz. And she [Jamie] will do some inspirational songs that's why Love and Light. So pinag-combine. I hope that people can be enlightened with the love songs that I'll be performing and will get inspiration from the songs that Jamie will be singing."
"Excitement ang nararamdaman ko. Because after the pandemic, ito nga yung kailangan natin. This is a celebration. It's a celebration na here we are. Kaya nga it's a celebration of life after darkness. Kase ang hirap ng dinaanan natin." Jamie added.
'Love and Light’ is backed-up by a team of powerhouse productions - from its producer Full House Theater Company in cooperation with NY Entourage Productions and under the musical direction of Adonis Tabanda and directed by Marvin Caldito.
